Cardiologist in Raipur – Heart Rhythm Clinic

About Us

A brief history of the Heart Rhythm Clinic from its inception till now.

We at Heart Rhythm Clinic are a specialist centre for the M.P. and Chhattisgarh region, dedicated to the treatment of all types of heart disorders, especially the disorders of the heartbeat. Our clinic was founded in response to the concern of our ailing people and the lack of treatment facilities for Arrhythmias (a heartbeat disorder). Patients from our state had no choice but to travel to metropolitan areas to receive specialized treatment, such as ablations or device implantations for cardiac failure.

In 2018, Doctor Javed Parvez established the Ram Krishna Care Hospital's first department for cardiac electrophysiology. Since its inception, our department has stood on its firm objective of providing all sorts of medical services and has grown to benefit thousands of patients. We combine state-of-the-art technology and the experience of our highly skilled cardiologist and electrophysiologist to diagnose, treat and monitor patients suffering from various heart conditions and other cardiovascular diseases. After the pandemic, we had decided that all residents of the region should have access to the services. This led to the creation of the HEART RHYTHM CLINIC.

Cholesterol is a fat-like substance found in blood, which gets found in the arteries creating a progressive obstruction to different organs, including the heart. Cholesterol is composed of two parts, HDL (good) as well as LDL (bad). The sum of the numbers and the relation between these components determine their susceptibility to the formation of plaques within the arteries that supply your heart. Triglycerides is another fat that is present in your body, and their elevated levels could result in the creation of the most harmful kind of fat and cholesterol particles. A lipid profile permits us to study all of these components in greater detail.

Triglycerides are fats that supply the energy needed by your muscles. Similar to cholesterol, they are supplied to your cells through lipoproteins found in the blood. If you consume food items that contain high levels of saturated fats or carbohydrates, and you increase the levels of triglycerides. Higher levels may result in a higher risk of developing heart disease; however, scientists aren't sure that high triglycerides by themselves are an indicator of heart disease. While triglycerides can be an energy source and nutrients for the body, high levels can cause pancreatitis, diabetes, and chronic kidney condition. As triglyceride levels increase HDL levels decrease and this could explain why people who have high levels of triglycerides have a higher risk of heart disease.
